Distribution List in Zimbra

Hi Everyone,

Can somebody let me know if there is any way to stop external users sending mails to a distribution list in Zimbra. Means only the domain's internal email ids can be allowed to send the mail to that domain's distribution list.

Please help me on this.

Hope you are fine.

Please can you help me in understanding what can be the problem behind the following bounced back message received by the zimbra user:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Nadim Siddiqi' on 10/01/2008 5:07 PM
554 <nasiddiqi@apexmedgroup.com>: Relay access denied

The user is getting this bounced back error sometimes but not regularly and it is on few particular email ids.

I would appreciate your help in this.
