Default Reply-TO Field for External Accounts... Problem

I have 3 external accounts set up with my main account. Two are gmail and the third one is my own. Gmail ones are SSL, other one is not.

For some unexplainable reason, my Reply-to email/name field is being reset everyday. Example.

Account a@gmail.com; I set reply-to name gmbyron, reply-to email a@gmail.com.
It will work for some time, don't know exactly how long, but then when I check again, it goes to name: a, reply-to email: gmail.com (which when send, goes like gmail.com@mydomain.com).

Now, with my own domain, still external server, that does not happen. I set reply-to field to abc@domain.com and it was like that all the time.

Can someone explain please?

Perhaps if you posted where you are making these changes and what version/release of Zimbra you're using it might be possible to give you a pointer.

Oops my bad. ZCS NE 5.0 RC2 Trial, and when I go under Pref > Accounts > and choose my external account. Again, there is two accounts (both gmail) that do that weird behaviour and one (seperate domain) that doesn't do that.

Also I tried changing datasource thru zmprov by using mds user1 account1 zimbra..... all that fancy stuff - it didn't change it.

I have RC2 installed and using an account to download from gmail and that doesn't appear to be happening on my system and nobody seems to have reported anything like this on the forums.

As we're fairly close to the expected GA release date for version 5 I'd suggest you have a quick look through bugzilla to see if there's any similar bugs been reported. I couldn't see anything after a quick look and you can either file it with a complete description of the problem or wait until GA and see if you still experience the problem.

I've deleted ds using zmprov and then deleted accounts from prefs and then recreated them. so will see if that helps.

Well looks like resetting datasources helped and it's working now (knock on the wood ) If it's gonna stay, then mark it as solved.
