Turning off IMAP/POP didn't help. It looks like services started shutting down at 4:14am. The only service still running is the logger service. Wierd.
I am including a new batch of logs.
Phoenix, I saw your reply after I had submitted mine. I will bump the VM up to 2GB of RAM and see what happens. I will keep the thread posted. Also, I will re-enable IMAP/POP.
This system used to run on physical hardware with only 512MB of RAM. I then moved restored it from backup onto the VM that is running Ubuntu 6.06.1. The old server was running Ubuntu 7.04. Since I was moving to a VM I wanted to take the opportunity to get Zimbra back onto a supported OS. I followed the restore instructions that I gleaned from the forums and all appeared to be working on the VM. One other item I was running 4.5.9 on the physical hardware and after I restore the 4.5.9 version on the VM I upgraded to 4.5.10.
Next oddity....I went to shut Zimbra down to re-enable POP/IMAP and at the mailbox shutdown it is asking me for a password. I have tried all the passwords I know and it is still prompting me. I have looked in the logs and can find what is causing the password prompt. Any ideas?
When's the last time you ran a disc check on this server?
If recently, then try a software install:
This is a new VM instance, so the virtual disk should be fine. I can check it though. On another note, with 2GB of RAM allocated, Zimbra still crashed.

I am just trying to understand your thought process on disabling SMP. What affect would that have on a single processor VM? Just curious.
