Web Client Search Not working

We recently moved to ZCS from Exchange, and while the majority of our users are using Outlook or Apple Mail/iCal we have a few remote users that are using the web client.

Within the web client the search functionality does not work. It always returns with "No Results Found". Any suggestions?

It would help if you gave us examples of what you are searching for and some evidence that the searched for items really exist.

In my mailbox, I have nearly 500 messages. If I attempt to simply type in a keyword from a subject or body I get nothing. If I type in the name of someone that sent me something I get nothing. If I type the name of a contact in and choose "All Item Types" from the "In" dropdown I get nothing.

For example I have many test emails that I have sent that are in my inbox. All of which have "test" as the subject and are from myself. If I type in "test in the search field I get nothing, if I type in "subject:test" I get nothing. If I type in "Justin" or "Justin Wilson" or "justinw@offmadisonave.com" I get no results.

This occurs in both the Advanced Client and the Basic Client and on all mailboxes, not just mine.

How about if you type the following: in:inbox test - and see what you get.

BTW, running the Network Edition on CentOS is not a supported configuration.

Same Result. Is there a log that would contain this search info that I can look in?

Are you running NE? If so, please contact support.

There is obviously some kind of serious problem with lucene.
