Default Restoring a User's Address Book?

Is there a way to restore user's address books if they delete entries in them? I imagine that address book data is stored in LDAP. So I suspect that the full and incremental backups would contain this info. Is it at all possible to restore this for just one user? Is there a way to search the backup of LDAP for the raw LDIF to import back into the system for them?

    Default Not Quite Solved Yet...

...but the time is already passed I think. In looking around the forums it seems that user address books and contacts are not in LDAP, but are in the MySQL DB. So that probably means that doing a user restore would have fixed the problem. However, it's been long enough now that I think if I attempted that, I'd lose their current mail. So, I'm probably just going to skip this one unless it happens again.
