I wrote a Admin Extension for setup a Domain Disclaimer. You can download it from:

Excellent !

Two quick questions (and help offering if needed) :
. can the Admin Zimlet be translated into other languages and how (actually the idea is to have it multilingual, just like the rest of the admin) ?
. do you need full admin rights or are the "domain admin" right OK to use it ?

Seems like you have to modify postfix, so I'd think it would apply to all mail.
