Does the "calendar resource" show up when you list all accounts? You may not have created a calendar resource in the first place...

Could you (or someone) explain the difference between having a calendar and a calendar resource?

A calendar resource is a thing, rather than a person. Like a conference room, a projector, etc.

try changing the password to the account in question. seems to have worked for me - I had the same issue.
