If so, in the admin UI, under accounts, edit account - you should see a checkbox on the account to make it a "domain administrator".
If that's not there, try this:
zmprov mc default +zimbraZimletAvailableZimlets com_zimbra_domainadmin
tomcat stop
tomcat start
shift-reload in the browser.
I was able to check the box after changing the COS, but it doesn't appear to do anything for the user in question. He only has yahoo and salesforce in his zimlet section.Quote:

that's not the way it's supposed to work - he should see just admin, alias and DL and be able to modify all of them.
What browser are you using?
Firefox. He can see most of the page, but gets "access denied" when he clicks anything other than "accounts".Quote:
