Can't send mail via Web interface

We have a problem where users can't send mail via the Web interface, but they can send mail via a desktop mail client. It was working yesterday and today it's not.

Trying to send via Web interface results in an error of some sort. Here's the error message:

msg - system failure: MessagingException
code - service.FAILURE
method - ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
detail - soap:Receiver

Anybody know why this is happening?

Maybe related? Reloading was enough for me...

Yann (poster above) and I work at the same place. The error has just repeated, some 4 hours after the last reboot. I'm voting for the Zimbra upgrade which was carried out at the weekend as the problem; any takers?

Do we need to escalate this as a support request? If so and it's a bug do we get our ticket count restored?

Found this in some logfile... Maybe this helps?

What is the freshclam error related to ?
Bad permissions ?
Bad ClamAV database mirror ?

Our domain name is mail.Thehumanjourney not mail.hehumanjourney.
After a reload if works... Any idea how this could happen? I did not touched any configuration file for weeks... Just made the upgrade last week end (and zimbra worked fine yesterday)

Still looking to solve the problem I posted to start this thread... Anybody have any suggestions?

I'll add here that we didn't make any changes to our Zimbra server - it simply stopped working to send email via the Web interface. Very strange.

What do you get for the following command lines:
zmprov gcf zimbraSmtpHostname

and

zmprov gs <server> | grep zimbraSmtpHostname

?
