Change of DB

Hi guys i got a question from one of my custumers, he told me if there is a change to use another data base like postgres or oracle instead of MySQL i see in the documentation that this is not possible, well i believe it is, but if someone could do something like it, please tell me about it, i'll apreciatte a lot thanks
