Scheduling a meeting with other staff

If we are planning a meeting and adding other staff members into the meeting, I'm aware that you can check if people are free or busy for that time. However, if this is missed and we schedule a meeting when someone is busy can we flag this up? Also then it should email that person that they are invited to a meeting but it clashes with another meeting. It even adds it into the calendar which clashes.
