    Default Spam Filter forward

    Hi,
I am running Zimbra_4.5.9 OS edition. How do I forward all the spam emails received by @domain to one zimbra account "quarantine@domain rather then users account as spam.
Any help on this will be much appreciated.
    regards,
    amitbiswas

My question would be, why do you want to do that?
    Regards

    Default Spam Filter forward

    Hi Bill,
Thank for your interest on my question.
I am using pop3 setup with thunderbird client which does not sync spam directory from Zimbra and In my previous mail setup, I had configured amavis to send all the filtered spam to one account which help to user to spend less time to sort through spams and by chance if any genuine/valid mail trap into spam, in that circumstance I was able to add that domain or user as white list.

If your users are seeing spam in their inbox then they should forward a copy of the spam (as an attachment) to the spam training folder, that will train Zimbra. Why don't you use IMAP instead of pop3?
    Regards

    Thanks Bill,
I can see the spam into webmail client not in my thunderbird mail, because in my webmail client its shows under spam director.
Any help on this much appreciated.

There's no need to bother about the Spam in your Junk folder, it will get cleared automatically. If you specifically want to see that folder in your client then the easiest thing is to use IMAP in Thunderbird - that will show you all the folder structure.
    Regards
