It would help if we knew which version you are talking about, Open Source or Network Edition?
    Regards

Certainly: CLI zmrestore Network Edition only - Zimbra :: Wiki
    -a
If you don't want to mess up their current account, restore it to a temp account by using -ca and -pre

Can't I restore the full mailbox directly without this temp stage ? For instance if an user delete by mistake a folder that contains N mails, can I just by one command restore it as it was previoulsy (In the case I got a back-up)?

Of course, though I always recommend that you try the tempAccount restore concept first just so you'll know what it's going to look like...

You can use the admin console gui as well.
