Take a look at your mailbox.log

It should give a reason there.

I found this on the log:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: zimlet description not found: zimbra_samba.xml
at com.zimbra.cs.zimlet.ZimletFile.initZimletDescript ion(ZimletFile.java:207)
at com.zimbra.cs.zimlet.ZimletFile.initialize(ZimletF ile.java:199)
at com.zimbra.cs.zimlet.ZimletFile.<init>(ZimletFile. java:154)
at com.zimbra.cs.service.admin.DeployZimlet$DeployThr ead.run(DeployZimlet.java:99)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)

after that i opened the zip file and i find the file exists and after i oppened the file i found the tag description, why is this happening?

This usually happens if you zip on a mac, or zip a folder.
You have to make sure that the files are at the root level of the zip file.

ZimbraPosixAccount.zip
ZimbraSamba.zip
I would bet that you re-zipped the top level folder - there's a folder labled 'zimbra_posixaccount' that contains the actual zimlet.
See ZimbraPosixAccount_and_ZimbraSamba - UNIX and Windows Accounts in Zimbra LDAP and Zimbra Admin UI - Zimbra :: Wiki for configuration instructions.

- don't worry, you weren't the first to do that
-marking as solved (well I'm assuming by your above that you're all set/don't need any configuration help)
