BTW - The last login time that you see there is based on zimbraLastLogonTimestampFrequency default 7d to cut down on ldap writes.

In the re-vamped v5 admin console, you will be able to see the last login time in both a sortable column as well as the account settings pages.
You'll also be able to quickly jump to the 'incactive for 30days', 90days, non-active, locked, closed, maintenance, admin accounts, etc.

If you think 'created on date' is needed for the admin console go ahead and file an RFE
-Once you create an account (if you haven't already) select new
-Then 5.0 franklin, admin console, and change severity to enhancement (you can ignore client/os)
-Fill in summary with "account created on date in admin console"
-In the description area, unless you really need it to be a sortable column (more work entailed), I would simply note that you just think it should be in the account settings pages.
-Be sure to post a link back here so that other's can find it!

Besides finding the date her account was created, did you manage to solve her login issue though?
