    I'm still not sure what you're saying here. Do you mean you can't download mail via a POP3 client? Are you still able to login via the web ui and do you receive mail on port 25?

    sir,

    that time i am not able to recieve mail by pop3 or even in web interface. (but i am bale to login in web interface.)

    total user around 350.

    i use this version. zcs-4.5.7_GA_1319 (FC5)

    I would suggest you upgrade the RAM on that server to at least 2GB and also install the latest release (4.5.9) of Zimbra.

    it really very bad... i face this issue agai today....... when i chk with top command the cpu usage is only 2% to 4% ...i dont know. whts going wrong.... if the RAM (memory) is issue ....then why after reboot the system.. it work?
    ....plz help me to solve this issue........

    -when this machine 'stops working all of a sudden'

    attach your logfiles: /docs/ne/latest/administration_guide/9_Monitoring.12.1.html#1075561
    (if their too big just try to get us a tail -300 or so from each)

    & we could also use the output of
    su zimbra
    zmlocalconfig
