554 : realy access denied

Dear zimbra experts,

In few mail-ids

I'm unable to send emails ,I try to send an email, it returns so quickly with "access denied" error.



554 <abc@*****.com>: Relay access denied


when i do
$ postconf -d mynetworks
output is
127.0.0.0/8 10.10.**.0/24

few mail-ids face this error....

what should i do????
