Mutiple POP email address on a single User

but i got a few questions:
1) How would i be able to leave the email on th external server for a given time frame. eg 5days.

2)How would i be able to download email from the external server via the above link and have multiple accounts have access to that downloaded mail ?

You can't restrict it to a number of days, once it's downloaded you have control over it in your mailbox. You either leave it on the external server or delete it.

Share the mail folder, it's an upcoming feature in version 5.
