[SOLVED] Services failing after restart on a working RC1 build

I attempted to restart zimbra after receiving an ajax error in the admin console. The zmcontol stop and start commands seem to compete successfully, but the status command shows the following.
antispam Running
antivirus Running
ldap Running
logger Stopped
zmlogswatchctl is not running
mta Running
snmp Stopped
swatch is not running
spell Running
stats Stopped
Also the admin console and webmail are not listening. This is what I see when running zmprov gacf zmprov gacf
ERROR: zclient.IO_ERROR (invoke Connection refused, server: localhost) (cause: java.net.ConnectException Connection refused)

Any suggestions what to look for?

Did you get the ajax error in the Admin console after changing a server setting? If so it is probably related to the issue described in this thread.

Thanks, I think it was related to that that bug. I ran the install.sh script again and everything came back up.
