The easiest way to do this is have your script periodically check a mail box for message then parse those messages with the script
I was hoping for a stdin type of arrangement - similar to using a pipe in the sendmail alias file...
Couldn't you use postalias to create a postfix alias to pipe mail to a program ?
Apologies for the threadcromancy, however this is the newest thread returned by search.
I would like to use aliases to pipe our rt tickets through rt-mailgate, but I can't see how to do that using the existing alias system in Zimbra.
Anyone know if it's possible to pipe mail sent to an alias through a script?
Thanks
