Default Share all calendars

I have installed a complete Zimbra mail server. The server can be externally reached by a public connection. All of our employees have an account.

I would like to achieve that all of our employees can view all calendars of all other employees by the web interface and of course that these calendars aren't visible to any unknown users.

Is this possible? Or should all users manually allow access to the calendar to all other users?

By default all employees can see each other's free/busy schedules when requesting an appointment with them. I find this sufficient for work. Do employees really want others seeing the details of everything they are putting on their calendar?
