File attachments in Web Interface

We have some users who cannot send mail from the web interface with an attachments. The files are usually pretty small, graphics or spreadsheets.

This is the error they're getting.

msg - system failure: failed to analyze part
code - service.FAILURE
method - ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
detail - soap:Receiver


I've looked at the wiki but can't find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you try to replicate, and then post your mailbox.log?

Also, can you make sure that kvfilter is installed and that you also have
compat-libstdc++-296 and compat-libstdc++-33

installed?
