Default [SOLVED] Web client Email body blank

I am having a few issues with email body being empty. Currently all users are using web client. Usually the email is some solicitation, but I can 't say that for sure. When I right click and choose view origional the message appears to be a normal html email messgae.

I pasted in the top part of the message, hope that is all the relevant information.

This is Bug 20523 - Blank emails after upgrade from v4.5.6 to v4.5.7. It's marked as fixed in 4.5.9, but I'd bet that 4.5.8 also fixes it.

(The problem is that the Content-Type on the HTML part is broken. There may not be any spaces around the '=' in "charset = "iso-8859-1"
