GAL Search With AD

Hi All.
I have a problem with gal search with ad integration.
When i search for A, that's ok! But when I search for Am or another two letters, the server answer this error:
msg - system failure: unable to search GAL
code - service.FAILURE
method - ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
detail - soap:Receiver

My AD has near 2000 users. When i ran host domain.com, zimbra cli answer ip from AD.

Do you know if exist a users limit to GAL search with AD integration?
