OS version. FC5

Logging into Adminconsole, I am getting very bar charts in server Statistics.
Also getting tooltip (text appears, yellow bkgrd) when I mouseover one of these graphs (message volume, AS/AV.
But the text that's displayed is "data are not yet available".
According to zmcontrol and the GUI, all services are running (I was thinking 'logger' might be hosed, and it may well be...but it's running

Where can I look to enable that mouseover stat thing?
