Default [SOLVED] Autoresponder trouble

Hi all,

We're using the Zimbra Network Edition and it all works pretty cool. I'm having a problem with autoresponders I'd like to get some help with.

Situation:
We have user@domain.nl mailadresses which we forward to user@zimbra.domain.nl. That works ok. (we cannot have Zimbra control the complete domain, that's why we use the forward technique).

Autoresponders work when people send mail to user@zimbra.domain.nl. But it doesn't when people send mail to user@domain.nl Then nothing happens.

My users complain the autoresponder 'does not work' since everybody uses user@domain.nl.

How do I solve this problem?

thanks,remi

Hi Remi-
I'm sorry you're having difficulty.

What version of Zimbra are you running? If you're running 4.5.7/8, then please search bugzilla. If it's not there, then please file a bug.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. I found that I could fix it using:

Code:
zmprov ma "user@zimbra.domain.nl" zimbraPrefOutOfOfficeDirectAddress "user@domain.nl"
Maybe it is useful to somebody else :-)
