Personal Distribution List ?

I'm using the OS version on FC4, is there a way for users to create their own personal distribution lists in this version?

technically, no, but you can just create a contact with however many email addresses you want in it:

Email: somebody@example.com; person@domain.com; somebodyelse@example.com
