I have this:
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_non_fqdn_sender
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org

The RBL is added manually, but in main.cf...

smtpd_recipient_restrictions = reject_non_fqdn_recipient, permit_sasl_authenticated, permit_mynetwor
ks, reject_unlisted_recipient, reject_non_fqdn_sender, reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net, reject_unauth_destination, permit

I want to know why "reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org" have not apply in to it??

I found that if:

zmprov mcf zimbraMtaRestriction 'reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net' zimbraMtaRestriction 'reject_rbl_client cbl.abuseat.org'

is ok. But:

zmprov mcf zimbraMtaRestriction 'reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net' zimbraMtaRestriction 'reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org'

Then it won't update zen.spamhaus.org in main.cf, strange...!?

Not really strange, you're using an incorrect format for the command. Did you check the wiki or search the forums?
