Red face Urgent: How to change url's hostname

Hi ALL,

Some strange scenario here about the Document / Briefcase:

1/ We didn't shared a Document notebook to all users, the users can open up the pages inside even the sub-notebook with an error popup (but still can access that pages after OK the error popup page). However, don't why recently when the users click on the pages again - a login page would popup asking for re-login on a NEW window... if u have login again, u can still viewing the pages on a new window without the previous popup page (which saying that the folder is not exist)

2/ Today, the case is becomes worse.... when the users click on the page on either document or briefcase, a new browser page would be opened with HTTP ERROR: 403 saying "permission denied: you do not have sufficient permissions".... anyone know what's going on?

3/ I found that the new window has opened up with an URL starting with the server's name instead of the domain's name.... I just think this may be the root problem.... so the question is, anyone know how to change the URL for the notebook/briefcase from server name to domain name?

Thanks~

Unhappy

While we upgrade the 5.0 beta 3 to 5.0 rc1, got an error while upgrading the core component.... so the upgrade is failed~ And the ZCS seems cannot be properly start up again..... what we do is rename the original zimbra folder back to the place, however, the zimbra seems cannot be started up in order...

May I know that in case of any failure of upgrade, what's the fall back procedure? As we are using the OSS version, what we can do is setup a daily cron job to backup the whole zimbra folder (stop, tar, start); and then for the restore/fall back part, we just can restore the zimbra folder to the original place (of course, remove the one with error during upgrading)! Does this procedure correct? As we found that the three files (zmsyslogsetup, zmlogrotate, zimbra) are modified like a fresh installed one EVEN we have copied the original zimbra folder to another name BEFORE the upgrade... it's so straight....
