Default Password must change broken?

Just playing around with things now that they are set up. So far I am happy however I just tried to enforce a password must change on the account I have set up to test with and now it won't login. It says password is incorrect.

Hi

It works fine for me on the latest M3 developers build. Are you sure that you are entering a password that meets the minimum password length that's set for the account?

I am using a valid password. It containts 9 characters including numbers. I can set it as the password and use it but as soon as I mark Must change password and save the account I try and log back in and get nothing.
