Default Running Zimbra with other services

    Hi,

In the Zimbra documentation, it's clear that Zimbra ideally sits on its own server but I wondered how much success people have had running other services on the same box.

I have in mind the SME business that for cost reasons wants to avoid having multiple servers running and may wish to combine Samba shares and authentication, e-mail, NTP, fax, "corporate database", network backup, intranet and possibly a couple of web sites onto one firewalled box that is THE network server. Obviously there are issues of single-point failure and so on, but for a small company of say 10-20 employees it doesn't make much sense having 3-4 under-utilised servers running full-time.

    Comments?
