Need to integrate hosting service email with my own Zimbra instance

We have registered our domain and have our email accounts on the hosting service provider's email server. The features provided by that service are limited.

I want to run my own instance of Zimbra at home, and use the different features of Zimbra. I want to sync the emails on the hosting service with my Zimbra instance. Is there a way to do that? i.e., can I pop mail into Zimbra?

You could always use fetchmail to collect mail from your hosting service and drop it in zimbra.
