Mail will not be delivered

Some mails will not be delivered.

So I tried, to send a few mails the the email account. One Mail has the Subject "Test", the other "test". One of these mails I found in the incoming mail, the other hasn`t arrived the inbox. You also can't found the second mail in the spam or junk folder.
In the global server settings at AS/AV I have following settings:
Spam checking:
kill percent: 95
tag percent: 33
