    Welcome to the forums,

Question 1 would be: are you a network edition customer?
Then you could use the excellent ZAD - Zimbra Archiving & Discovery

If not, search for always_bcc or sender_bcc_maps in the forums.

Either way you should add your version information to your profile so we don't have to ask/look back all the time-
the perferred at the command line:
    Code:
    su zimbra
    zmcontrol -v
or in the main search bar of the web-client enter:
    Code:
    $set:get version
