Default Domain Relaying Via zmprov Possible?

    Hi,

Is it possible to do this:

    zmprov ma user zimbraMailTransport smtp:mail2.example.com

    but on a domain-wide basis?

If I do a 'zmcontrol gd example.com' I see no domain-wide variable comparable to the account variable zimbraMailTransport

    Thanks,
    Mark

This is something of interest to us as well. Maybe we should do an RFE?

so ideally you would want to have zimbraMailTransport override some new default value? (possibly called zimbraDomainMailTransport)

because right now you should be able to:
    zmprov md domain.com zimbraMailTransport smtp:someotherserver.domain.com

so to relay all mail destined for a particular domain to another mta you would forward the domain:
    zmprov md example.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @domain.com
    zmprov md example.com zimbraMailCatchAllForwardingAddress @domain.com
    zmprov md example.com zimbraMailTransport smtp:someotherserver.domain.com
