Default How can i configure the log?

Hi guys, so now i have a production server with zimbra but i notice that by default zimbra generates a lots of logs so as you know that logs use a lot of disk space on my server how can i configure it so i can have the information that i want on the logs and don't have a lot's of old logs on my server forever, thank's any help

Hi,

as far as I can see Zimbra logging is mostly configured in the applications configuration, e.g postfix log-level.
And the used syslog (speaking of RedHat) is not so configurable as some of the more modern alternatives.
What might be interesting is tweaking the settings of logrotate, to get rid of unneeded logfiles.
