improving spam emails

is there anyway to decrease the number of spam emails that get to our users? like being able to place all emails where the subject contains "You've just won 10000 dollars" into a junk mail folder? Thanks for any advice

You can manually do that but the spammers just change the subject lines...
Try some of the suggestions in this thread (it's only a few days old)

Then when you have tweaked all those settings, and if your not seeing any effect after a while, (if your sure your bayes is actually enabled & if you have tried some of the ideas in the 'improving zimbra's anti-spam' article) then analyze those still slipping through and consider per ip/domain/subject line blocks.

Examine/show original on your emails, do you see a bayes score in the header area?

It's on by default, but if it's always the same/never seems to change you might consider adding your own networks to the trusted_networks section in /opt/zimbra/conf/spamassassin/local.conf then running CLI zmtrainsa - ZimbraWiki (essentially to get 200 hams)

Nope, I don't see a bayes score anywhere. I looked on both the admin side and the user side. I am looking in the correct spot right? Thanks!

It's not going to be on all emails, send yourself something fishy sounding (use your imagination) from the outside, then right click the email "show original" > look in the x-spam headers at the top.
