"replay as" distribution list question

Hi all,

I have a distribution list and I like a group of emails to send a mail as this distribution list. I'm using outlook client, So I configured outlook to "replay to this distribution list".
When a user sends a mail, in the "from" field I can see the name of the person that sends the mail. And when it replayed it going to the distribution list. this is OK...

But how do I configure that when a mail is sent to the user and he is replaying this mail it wont be sent as the distribution list?
