[SOLVED] Identifying users who accidentally /dev/nulled all their mail

Per bug Bug 8074 - If local copy delivery is disabled the fwding address should become mandatory field

I recommend all sites that allow users to forward their email to check for silly users who /dev/nulled their email, but have been too shy to ask the help desk why they aren't receiving anything:

lol - Someone made the 'don't keep a local copy' mistake on a different messaging setup/solution, (not exactly email but close) that didn't really have a stop gap check either. To cover the fact that the user probably lost a bunch of messages, (as we all know people are just happier if you tell them nothing was lost) the developer/sysadmin first fixed the problem & then replied: "Well maybe no one likes you"
