Webmail in format BASIC does not start!

After to make upgrade of ZCS 4.0.5 for V 4.5.6 in MULTI-SERVER, the Webmail in format BASIC not start!

"http://srv1.zmail.pt/h/?zauthtoken=0_48922f8527420ec78..."

Somebody has solution for this problem?

I believe we changed this is 4.5.
Take a look at how preauth works now:

Hi jholder,

Already I executed the following commands in the two servers of Mailbox ( srv1.zmail.pt and srv2.zmail.pt) :

- su zimbra
- zmprov gdpak zmail.pt
- zmprov gdpak olibite.com.pt
- zmcontrol stop
- exit
- /etc/init.d/zimbra stop
- /etc/init.d/zimbra start

What I must make more?

username:teste1@zmail.pt password:123456.

and the problem continues to exist. (the Webmail in format BASIC not start!)
