    Default [SOLVED] Phantom messages in Draft folder??

    I had a new oddity crop up in my mailbox yesterday:

    In my ZCS web client--but not in an external IMAP client that syncs to the same account--my "Drafts" folder shows in bold with a (2), even though the folder has no messages in it. If I create a new message and save it in "Drafts" the number increments to 3, but I can't mark the whole folder as read, and I can only delete the one message I can actually see.

    How can I reset this folder?

    It's your IMAP client causing the problem, you need to start it and then 'expunge'.

    Thanks, Bill. My IMAP client is Thunderbird, so it was "Compact" rather than "Expunge," but that did the trick. I appreciate the rapid response!

    FYI - In 5.0 'empty trash' will also purge the deleted messages left around by IMAP clients that don't expunge regularly. This should help people clean up via the web client when they no longer are using the IMAP client or don't have access to it.

    Hello !

    I have the same issue, but there is no any client app. Only Web UI.
    Thunderbird does the trick, but then this issue gets back.
    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
