Connect zimbraAdmin site from Internet

I have a Zimbra server with Fedora 3.
I wish to connect zimbraAdmin site from Internet but I can't.
why?

Is the server behind a firewall? If yes, is port 7071 open? Which error do you get?

I don't have a firewall on Fedora Server Enabled and I try to conect to https://server_name:7071/zimbraAdmin from Lan or Internet with Firefox / IE 6.

Can you connect to the "user frontend"?
Is your DNS working?
Any errors in /var/log/zimbra.log?

1) have you installed the Network Edition or the Open Source Edition? the Network Edition is only supported on RHEL4 at this point.

2) have you searched the forums? others have already encountered and overcome problems with dns and public/private networks

3) i think goetzi meant a hardware firewall, most likely embedded as settings in the router leading to the outside internet. in order to gain access (or even to have mail delivered) from the outside internet, it is necessary to open some ports (see those posts for a more complete list):

25 SMTP
7071 for admin console
80 HTTP or mixed mode
443 HTTPS or mixed mode

4) can you bring up the Zimbra login screen (http(s)://server_name/zimbra/mail) in a browser on another local machine (not the one on which Zimbra is installed)?

Now I can't to connect from Internet to zimbraAdmin site, but I don't connect to site from Intranet over ISA 2000. I open port for: 7071, 443, 80.
From Intranet I cant open web mail site on Zimbra server.
The error is:

It's an error in your proxy server - configure it correctly, and zimbra will work.

On ISA Proxy and firewall, I open all port for Zimbra 80, 443, 7071 but when I try to connect to Zimbra server I receive this error.
