zimbra not started

We took a power hit last monday and the zimbra did not restart. The server is OS X. What is the command to start zimbra on my OS X server?

Did Zimbra not start automatically? Are you running 4.5.6? There was an issue in previous versions.

You'll need to start the terminal
then:

OK, that worked; I will keep the commands stored so, I can remember in the future.

It did not start automatically. I think it is version 4.5.5
