Hi all,
After having massive trouble to deploy ZCS in MAC environments (no client sync for shared calendars........... :( :( :( ). I thought about getting the users to use the WebUI - but how do I define the WebUI as default Mail client. If the user clicks on an email address and it opens an unconfigured apple mail or entourage - then I get a support call :(
any help appreciated

You could install the mac toaster - which besides notifying them of new email allows you to register mailto links & auto login to the advanced or standard client to compose the reply.
It's bundled in Zdesktop - download the whole thing and you should be able to extract just the toaster.
Search for mailto: links in the forums (be aware that if they don't have a current auth session it get's more complicated to set this up).
