Default Zimbra Proxy

Hi guys, so i finally got my zimbra mail working, it's awesome, but now i want to install a proxy on my server, so i'm not sure but somewere i read that zimbra got a proxy itself, if it is so, where can i found some documentation to do so, but if it hasn't had it, which proxy aplication you recommend to have a great performance on my zimbra server?? thanks guys!!

Proxy is not enabled defaultly.
