Default Catch all account

We would like to monitor all email coming in and our from our server and was wondering how this was done with zimbra. I know with postfix I could do it but I didn't know if I should be editing those files by hand. I would love to be able to route a copy of all email into a users email folder. So say they have a folder called Archive. I would love to put a copy of all mail in there. Thanks for your help.

Is this a Network Edition or OSS version of Zimbra? For NE you should look at the Archiving feature, for OSS you can edit the postfix files - that won't survive an upgrade and you'll need to apply any changes again.
