Default Documents with embedded graphics and attachments

We have Zimbra Documents installed and it seems to hold promise for our company, but when I insert a graphics file or attach a document it doesn't work. The graphic simply never appears (the little square icon appears) and the attachment inserts a broken link. Is something wrong in my Zimbra configuration?

    Default ...more info

Made a little progress with the attachments. Since our zimbra server is named "zimbra" attachment links begin with "http://zimbra.companydomain.com..."
But we have two domains on our server. The "zimbra.companyname.com" domain is used only for the admin user. All of our email accounts belong to another domain which is ONLY "companyname.com" (without the zimbra prefix). All email is routed to "mail.companyname.com" Interestingly, when I change the browser address to "http://mail.companyname.com..." the attachment is retrieved perfectly.

    So:
    • attachments ARE being uploaded to the server
    • reference links are displayed as "http://zimbra.domain..." which fail
    • reference links which are changed in the browser address to "http://mail.doman..." work beautifully

Can anyone tell me how to configure zimbra to make this work correctly.

Second, imbedded objects don't show up either but I'm betting that it's related to the above.

Upgrading to 4.5.6 fixed this issue for us. Document attachments and imbedded items now seems to be working well.

I am running 4.5.7 and am experiencing the same. I was trying to attach a tar file today and it won't. No matter how small I make it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Not sure why.
