When i click to dial a number in zimbra it launches MS Office Communicator, is there a way launch to any other SIP clients like exten to use Asterisk instead of MS LCS? Thanks
We use the callto: handler for this. So you can just configure your browser for this. Most of us have Skype installed so that's what it's been tested with. So if your SIP phone registers for he browser's callto handler then it will work.
