Dear Zimbra Community,
a few month ago i installed zimbra for the first time and its functions where really amazing! So at the beginning, not knowing what i do, i deleted the spam training accounts because i just wondered about those strange mailboxes
Right now i understand, that those where necessary for Zimbras spam training functionality. So i decided to repair this.
While looking at my log/spamtraining.log i found the following entrys:
In the meantime i moved my Zimbra Server to another domain, so i got "old-domain.com" and "new-domain.com". Just for your understanding.
So what to do? First of all I decided to recreate the missing accounts on my new-domain.com with the Zimbra Admin interface. So I just created them with unlimited Mailboxsize an i now have:
ham.jpwgmczeum@new-domain.com spam.bxye1fl5@new-domain.com
So far so good. Next step was choosing "zmprov ma
spam.bxye1fl5@new-domain.com zimbraMailHost new-domain.com" to change those Accounts to my new mailserver.
Then i did "zmprov gacf | grep Spam" and found the following:
Quote:
zimbraSpamCheckEnabled: TRUE
zimbraSpamHeader: X-Spam-Flag
zimbraSpamHeaderValue: YES
zimbraSpamIsNotSpamAccount: ham.jpwgmczeum@old-domain.com
zimbraSpamIsSpamAccount: spam.bxye1fl5@old-domain.com
zimbraSpamKillPercent: 70
zimbraSpamSubjectTag: *****SPAM*****
zimbraSpamTagPercent: 25
|
And changed those values with (if i remember correct):
"zmprov mcf zimbraSpamIsNotSpamAccount
ham.jpwgmczeum@new-domain.com" and
"zmprov mcf zimbraSpamIsSpamAccount
spam.bxye1fl5@new-domain.com"
Looks good to me for now. So I decided to mark some stuff as spam and have a look at the log/spamtrain.log:
Quote:
[] WARN: exception occurred fetching message
java.io.IOException: HTTP GET failed: /service/user/spam.bxye1fl5@new-comain.com/?id=984b579f-c019-4803-a446-e6449cb6f693:388: 403: permission denied: you do not have sufficient permissions

And now i guess that recreating those accounts is not enough, there must be a possibility to give the spam training script the right permissions, but how???
I would appreciate you help
Best reguards
