Default Number of accounts on a server

Hi,

I have followed the instructions listed here: http://support.zimbra.com/components...eport/help.php,

but all I get back from zmprov gac -v | egrep "cn:"\|"zimbraId:" is:

cn: default
zimbraId: e00428a1-0c00-11d9-836a-000d93afea2a

from zmprov gaa -v | grep -i <COS ID from Step 1 above> |wc -l:

nothing.

I also noticed that zmprov gaa, includes the admin, wiki spam and ham accounts.

Does this mean that none of my accounts are professional licences, even though users are using the otulook connector? Have I missed something in setting the machine up to recognise different account types? Do we have to pay for 4 system accounts, ie the spam, ham admin and wiki?

Thanks for any insight into this.

Andy

I've looked at that page ...

The result you see from the first command indicates you only have one COS defined.

The second command only returns a count of those accounts which have the auto-cos flag removed.

Sorry I can't help more - the answer to HSP Usage Reporting still evades me also.

It's difficult to tell what the problem is without seeing your licence and customer record, I'd suggest you contact either your sales person or file a case with support for a definitive answer.
